Role and Facility Information
The Medical Clinic seeks two Family Medicine Physicians for their new, physician-owned White Rock clinic. Located steps from Peace Arch Hospital, LifeLabs, and Medray Imaging, this modern street-level facility features four exam rooms, an advanced EMR with AI scribe, and dedicated parking.
The clinic is situated in a vibrant, beautiful sea-side community of White Rock, with a supportive and collaborative medical network and Division of Family Practice. It is part of the well-established, efficient, team-based care Primary Care Network (in its 6th year) and is one of the first in the province.
The clinic is in a brand new building (opened February 2026) that is physician-owned and located in the 'hub' of White Rock. It offers a lovely physical environment with state-of-the-art equipment, including AI integration tools, brand new exam beds and equipment. The clinic has an 80/20 split between administrative and clinical responsibilities.

Benefits and Incentives
Compensation Type: Combination Physician Overhead 80/20 Billing Split 80/20
- Vacation Leave: Negotiable

- Virtual care team as part of the Primary Care Network of White Rock South Surrey (WRSS) Division of Family Practice, and the Division will help onboard and support you.
