About the role
UT Medical seeks primary care physicians to join their robust and growing employed primary care network. Opportunities are available in Knoxville and surrounding counties throughout East Tennessee. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates in rural, underserved locations.
Responsibilities
- Work with the region's Academic Health System and access to an extensive specialty network
- Teaching opportunities available to qualified candidates
- 36 clinic hours per week for full-time positions; part-time options also available
- Outpatient only, Monday through Friday with no night or weekend call obligations
- Competitive compensation with bonus opportunities and sign-on bonus

Requirements
Qualified candidates must have:
- A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics
- Current medical license to practice medicine in the state of Tennessee
Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
