Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide primary care and opioid use disorder treatment, including OTP services
  • Manage acute care and support patients with behavioral health and substance use needs
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
  • Supervise and support advanced practice providers and nursing staff
  • Ensure accurate documentation and continuity of care
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical oversight

Qualifications

  • MD or DO with active Oregon license
  • Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Addiction Medicine
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
  • Experience in an Opioid Treatment Program required
  • Familiarity with CARF standards preferred
  • Psychiatry experience is a plus
  • DEA and BLS/CPR certification required (or ability to obtain)

Work Environment

  • Outpatient clinic setting
  • Team-based, integrated care model
  • Occasional travel may be required
