Family Practice - With OB Physician

About the role

Southeast Medical Group (SEMG) is a regional leader in value-based care, offering exceptional, patient-centered healthcare across Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, and South Carolina. We are seeking Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Treat a wide range of medical conditions
• Develop long-term, personal relationships with patients
• Produce individualized healthcare programs based on patient historical data
• Offer continuous support and health management advice
• No Obstetrics patients per day (pending complexity)

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)
• Board certification by ABMS (ABFM/ABIM) in Family Practice or Internal Medicine required
• Current, valid, and unrestricted Georgia Medical License required
• Valid DEA required
• Completion of a family practice/internal medicine residency
• Possess a working understanding and support of a managed care environment

Qualifications

• Experience in a managed care environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• McDonough, Georgia: Full-time
• Statesboro, Georgia: Full-time
• Oxford, Alabama: 3 days a week, 12-hour shifts
