About the role

Seeking a versatile healthcare professional for a locum tenens role with a focus on outpatient, OB, and ER coverage. Access assignment details and submit time via an online portal, with 24-hour support from a dedicated consultant.

Responsibilities

• Managing 18-20 patients daily, primarily geriatric, with some teens and adults, across outpatient, walk-in, and ER settings.
• Providing care during rotating shifts, including ER shifts with 12- or 24-hour options.
• Performing procedures such as suturing and syst removal.
• Supporting mid-level providers seeing 8-12 patients daily.
• Handling a high-volume ED with approximately 4,300 visits annually as single coverage provider.

Qualifications

• EM experience
• Suturing skills
• Certifications in PALS, ACLS, and BLS

Ideal candidates are adaptable, skilled in emergent procedures, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
