Family Practice Physician Is Wanted for Locum Tenens Assistance in Oregon

About the role

Rural FQHC setting seeing 18‑20 patients per day.

Schedule

4 days/week -- 8 am - 5 pm, with some 7 am - 4 pm and 9 am - 6 pm shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide women's health services including IUD and Nexplanon insertion.
• Manage chronic health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
• Support addiction treatment with MAT waiver (helpful).
• Utilize EMR systems (OCHIN or EPI).

Requirements

• Women's health experience required – IUD and Nexplanon insertion.

Qualifications

• Experience with chronic health conditions (diabetes, hypertension, asthma).
• MAT waiver helpful for addiction treatment support.
• Long‑term commitment preferred – 5 to 6 months minimum.

Skills

• Proficiency with OCHIN or EPI EMR.
• Women's health procedural skills (IUD, Nexplanon insertion).
• Chronic disease management.
