About the role
Inpatient OB/GYN physician providing coverage with a focus on deliveries and inpatient care.
Responsibilities
- Manage 16-20 patients daily
- Perform deliveries (up to 10 per month)
- Handle 24-hour call with callback
- Provide comprehensive OB/GYN services, excluding outpatient clinic work and C-sections
- Ensure continuity of care with ongoing coverage preferred
- Maintain hospital privileges and adhere to credentialing and privileging requirements
Qualifications
- All OB/GYN skills required; C-sections not necessary
- Ability to perform inpatient care and deliveries
- Hospital privileges are essential
