Job Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered virtual primary care through video and text-based telehealth.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Provide preventive care, wellness counseling, and evidence-based treatment recommendations.
• Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic test results.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate appropriate follow-up care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Care Coordination:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve clinical workflows and enhance the telehealth experience.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Innovation & Collaboration:
• Contribute physician insights to support product development and technology improvements.
• Participate in clinical education and marketing initiatives as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) state (required).
• Eligibility for additional state licensure through the IMLC is preferred.
• Minimum of one year of outpatient primary care experience.
• Experience diagnosing and managing a broad range of primary care and urgent care conditions.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM Pacific Time (12:00 PM–8:00 PM Central / 1:00 PM–9:00 PM Eastern).
• Strong technology skills and comfort using telehealth platforms and digital communication tools.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and patient engagement skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Additional active state medical licenses (preferred).
• Prior telemedicine or virtual care experience (preferred).
• Experience with value-based care or employer-sponsored healthcare models (preferred).
