Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse patient panel, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits in-person and virtually
• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers and conduct occasional telehealth visits
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning opportunities
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
• Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures and supervise NP or PA colleagues
• Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
• Board Certified in Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain certification prior to start date
• State licensed in Texas, obtained before start date

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $214,300 - $256,200 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.

This is a full-time role based in Fort Worth, TX. Relocation assistance may be available for this role.
