About the Role
A Family Physician position within a community health center, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians including Internists, Pediatricians, ObGyns, and Behavioral Health Counselors. This role involves developing a diverse patient panel across all ages and supporting community healthcare needs with the support of in-house specialists, labs, x-ray, and dedicated staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered, community-focused care in a culturally competent manner.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address comprehensive healthcare needs.
- Develop and manage a diverse patient panel spanning all age groups.
- Full-time clinicians work four days in clinic with one remote administrative day.
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine (MD or DO).
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Rhode Island.
- BLS certified.
- Multilingual and multicultural skills are valued.
