Family Physician (MD/DO) - On Call

Chapa-De Indian Health is seeking a Fill-In Physician to join our mission-driven team and provide high-quality primary care to underserved communities. This role offers exceptional flexibility, including location—you can choose to support Auburn, Grass Valley, and/or the new Clinic in Rocklin (opening March 2027). You choose when you work based on your availability and clinic needs (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM). Responsibilities

• Providing excellent primary care for every member of our community from newborns to seniors in an outpatient setting
• Empowering and advising a talented team of FNP’s, Nurses, MA’s, LVN’s and other support staff with medical services, protocols, standard procedures, and management of patient care related activities

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in family practice clinic
• Licensed California Physician MD or DO
• Board Certified
• Current BLS certificate

Pay

Salary: $155-$165/hour, based on experience.

Schedule

Fill In on any workday based on clinic needs and your availability... Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm.
