The role involves practicing at the top of your license, building strong team relationships, and gaining independence in a full‑scope outpatient setting for all ages using Epic EHR. Responsibilities

• Conduct physical exams
• Order diagnostics
• Perform procedures (e.g., injections, suturing)
• Prescribe medications
• Educate patients to optimize outcomes

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited PA program
• Licensure in Missouri
• At least 1 year of primary care experience

Pay

Competitive compensation: $100,000–$110,000 base, with potential bonuses totaling up to $150,000.

Schedule

4.5‑day work week; no weekends or evenings.
