Family Outreach Coordinator
About the role
We are seeking a Family Outreach Coordinator to join our Youth & Family Services leadership team at Seacoast Mental Health Center. Located in the eastern half of Rockingham County, we provide hope and promote recovery for children, adolescents, adults, and their families.
Responsibilities
- Providing individual and group supervision to a team of Family Outreach Specialists.
- S supporting the professional development of the Family Outreach Specialists and the use of evidence-based practices in the provision of care.
- Assuming a small caseload and providing services to children, adolescents, and their families in the home and community settings.
- Participating in both internal and external meetings related to clinical care.
- Providing targeted care coordination.
- Consulting with prescribers and clinical staff.
Requirements
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a human services field is required. Prior experience working with children, teens, and families; strong work ethic; organization; and time management skills are needed. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
