Family Nurse Practitioner - Weekends - Part Time Optional (Virtual / Remote)

Responsibilities

- Provide virtual primary care via phone, video, and messaging - Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions - Manage ongoing care plans and patient follow-ups - Prescribe medications and order labs as appropriate - Educate patients on prevention and long-term health - Collaborate with a care team to deliver high-quality outcomes - Document care in EMR systems

Requirements

- Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - Strong experience in family practice or primary care - 5+ state licenses preferred - Active, unrestricted NP license - Comfortable working independently in a virtual setting - Excellent communication and patient engagement skills - Tech-savvy and adaptable
