Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care
- Lead and guide clinic staff
- Review patient histories and symptoms
- Diagnose, prescribe medications, order tests, and interpret results
- Implement protocols
- Ensure compliance with regulations (including HIPAA)
- Maintain accurate patient charts
- Engage actively with clinical leadership
- Participate in team and community activities
- Support new employee training
- Foster a positive, respectful work environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Active license and DEA
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience
- Ability to treat all ages
- Proficiency in virtual communication
- Experience in urgent care, ER, or family practice preferred
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced settings
- Adapt to new technologies
- Pursue patient follow-up
- Participate in on-call duties
PRN Employees
- Work at least 4 shifts/month
Full-time Staff
- Work 12-hour shifts, including weekends
