Family Nurse Practitioner - PRN

About the Role

The Provider delivers high-quality healthcare in both clinical and telehealth settings, ensuring patient satisfaction and adherence to protocols. They lead clinic staff, review patient histories, perform diagnostics, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans while maintaining compliance with regulations such as HIPAA. The role requires flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies and protocols in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Providing patient care, including diagnostics, treatment, and follow-up in clinic and telehealth.
• Leading and guiding clinic staff to deliver excellent patient service.
• Ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Participating in training, meetings, and community outreach activities.
• On-call responsibilities and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and valid licensure with DEA and DOT certification within specified timeframes.
• 1-2 years of relevant provider experience preferred, with experience in urgent care, ER, or family practice.
• Strong communication, leadership, and patient engagement abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in both in-person and virtual settings.
• Compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies.
