Family Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant - Fully Remote (Work From Home)

Job Type: Full-Time Shifts: 4 overnight shifts per week Weekdays - 9 p.m. - 7 a.m Shifts for weekends: 2 p.m. - midnight Job Summary: We are seeking fully remote Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to deliver high-quality virtual primary care services through a telemedicine platform. This is a 100% remote opportunity ideal for clinicians who value flexibility and who provide accessible, patient-centered care across New Jersey and New York. Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive virtual primary care to patients of all ages Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions Manage common conditions such as URIs, UTIs, GI issues, skin conditions, MSK complaints, hypertension, and diabetes Order and interpret labs and diagnostic studies Prescribe medications and treatment plans appropriately Deliver preventive care and chronic disease management Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a virtual setting Requirements Licensed Nurse Practitioner (FNP preferred) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) Active, unrestricted New Jersey and/or New York license New Graduates are also Welcome DEA registration required Ability to work independently in a remote environment Benefits: All standard benefits are covered.
