Evaluation, Diagnosis, and Treatment
- Evaluate a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries
- Diagnose and treat conditions using clinical judgment
- Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, I&D, and wound care
- Prescribe medications and therapies according to state regulations and clinic protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Georgia (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- DEA registration and BLS/ACLS certification
- Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care experience (Preferred)
