About the role

Peachtree Immediate Care is seeking a full-time Urgent Care Provider (Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join their team in Bonaire, GA.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries
• Perform procedures including suturing, splinting, I&D, and wound care
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (X-rays, lab work, 12-lead EKG)
• Prescribe medications and therapies per state regulations and clinic protocols

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Georgia (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
• DEA registration and BLS/ACLS certification
• Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care experience (Preferred)

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited program in Nursing or Allied Health
• Current active license in Georgia (or eligibility to obtain)
• Passing scores on relevant boards or certifications
