Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Flexible Schedule

Responsibilities

• Providing patient-centered care, reviewing medical histories, diagnosing, prescribing treatments, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
• Leading clinic staff in delivering excellent patient service and ensuring adherence to protocols and regulations.
• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and participating in team communication and training.
• Engaging with clinical leadership to improve patient care and support compliance with health information management and safety standards.
• Supporting new employee onboarding and fostering a positive, respectful work environment.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies (MMS) with 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Active licenses: Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, DEA registration, and DOT certification within designated timeframes.
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments and virtual channels.
• PREFERRED: Experience in urgent care, occupational medicine, ER, or family practice.
