Job Summary

The Urgent Team is seeking Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide exceptional patient care in Germantown, TN. Key responsibilities include providing customer service, managing medical assessments and procedures, and collaborating with a healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary customer service to patients, visitors and coworkers
  • Provide convenient, friendly patient care to all who seek health-related services
  • Work collaboratively with a team during emergencies
  • Perform medical assessments, treatments, and follow-ups for various medical conditions
  • Manage medical procedures such as laceration repairs, nail removal, and injections
  • Ensure a medically appropriate level of care for clinic patients
  • Oversee and support on-site laboratory, x-ray, injection, and collection services
  • Maintain clinical core competency
  • Participate in developing and implementing policies affecting medical practice, quality of care, and patient satisfaction
  • Assure compliance with licensing, certification, and accrediting bodies
  • Represent the company and clinic at meetings and events
  • Support other medical staff in providing quality professional services and patient satisfaction

What's Required?

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Active state license as an APRN or PA
  • Current FNP or PA-C Board Certification
  • Certified DEA license or eligibility to obtain upon hire
  • Certified DOT physical or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • Certified BLS (Basic Life Support)

Schedule

Full-time team members work a rotating 30-40 hour/week schedule, consisting of 12-hour weekday shifts and every-other weekend. PRN (per diem) team members are scheduled on an as-needed basis.
