Responsibilities
- Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings while meeting patient volume goals.
- Lead clinic staff (e.g., X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, Front Office Specialists) in delivering excellent patient care and provide guidance to ensure quality professional services.
- Review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
- Ask situation-specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Engage with clinical leadership and escalate concerns to management to uphold company values.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient charts, forwarding them as appropriate.
- Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the Chief Medical Officer and Supervising Physicians.
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop diagnoses.
- Deliver patient-centric care through in-person and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations, prioritizing safety and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA and health information management standards.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, autonomous environment across in-patient clinic and virtual settings.
- Manage a queue of telehealth patients to ensure timely follow-up.
- Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions.
- Follow clinical practice guidelines set by the Office of Medical Affairs.
- Attend mandatory monthly meetings with Supervising Physicians and E/M training.

- Build and maintain confidence and credibility with all employees.
- Consult with patients through virtual communication channels.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
PRN Employees: Required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month.
Full-Time Employees: Required to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend.
Additional Requirements for Ancillary Providers: Periodic on-call responsibilities throughout the year.
Experience Levels
- Level 1: New graduates with up to 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Level 2: 1 to 5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Level 3: 5 to 10 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Level 4: Over 10 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Requirements
- Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS).
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in Urgent Care, Occupational Medical Facility, ER, Trauma Unit, or Family Medical Practice (strongly preferred).
- Licensure/Certification:
- Active, verifiable license and DEA in good standing with the proper regulatory agency. DEA required for all providers; if limited by state law due to years of practice, DEA must be obtained within 120 days of meeting state requirements.
- Ability to treat patients of all ages and meet credentialing requirements.
- DOT certification required for Full-Time and Part-Time Providers within 120 days of employment and maintained during employment.
