Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant PRN

About the role

Low T Center, a leader in hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness services, is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Mid-Level Provider (PA, APN, APRN, or FNP) to join our growing team in Colorado. Our providers work closely with a physician medical director and Center Director to deliver high-quality, personalized care to patients receiving hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness services, including weight management, sleep apnea management, hypertension, low libido, and other wellness-focused treatments.

The ideal candidate is confident in their clinical decision-making, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing an exceptional patient experience. You should also be technologically savvy, team-oriented, and able to communicate complex medical information in a clear and approachable way.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado NP or PA license in good standing with no disciplinary actions
• Current DEA license – REQUIRED
• Ability to complete 10 consecutive training days, Monday through Friday, following clinical hours
• Strong clinical judgment and medical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish rapport and build lasting relationships with patients
• Comfortable explaining medical conditions, treatment options, and care plans in easy-to-understand terms
• Strong teamwork and a patient-first mindset

Schedule

Availability Requirement: Candidates must be available to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month. In months with five Saturdays, providers are required to work three Saturdays.

Hours of Operation:

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed

Clinic closed daily from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM for lunch.
