Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose and build evidence-based treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging, refer to specialists when needed, and educate patients on diagnoses, medications, and prevention.
• Deliver attentive care, keep clinic flow moving to reduce wait times, run telemedicine visits, and partner with medical assistants, scribes, and aftercare teams.
• Document encounters in the EMR and use AI copilots for documentation, clinical decision support, and admin, keeping records timely and compliant.
• Work alongside physicians and clinical staff, mentor interns and students, and contribute ideas to improve clinic efficiency.
• Join monthly provider syncs and one-on-ones, complete ongoing training, and stay flexible with scheduling, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• MSN/DNP with Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialization.
• Active New York State NP license.
• Board certification: AANP or ANCC (FNP).
• EMR experience and strong HIPAA knowledge.
• FMCSA certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months.
• DEA & CDL preferred or willingness to obtain.

• Preferred: 1+ year primary/urgent care; bilingual English/Spanish.
• New grads are welcome.

Pay

• Base Salary: $125,000–$188,000 (depending on experience and schedule).
• Performance Incentives: up to $45,000/year in performance bonuses.
• Sign-On Bonus: up to $5,000 (based on experience).
