About the Role
We are hiring Physician Assistants and Family Nurse Practitioners for our clinic locations in South Riverside County, CA (Temecula, Murrieta, Lake Elsinore, and Wildomar).
Responsibilities
- Practice twelve-hour (12) shifts with two 30-minute breaks daily
- Full-time is 12 on-site shifts per month and 2 on-call shifts per month
- Treat 4 patients per hour from newborns to geriatrics (full-spectrum care) in a low-acuity setting
- Perform bread & butter procedures: I&Ds, toenail removal, and laceration repair
- Utilize in-house point-of-care testing and X-rays (results available in patient's chart within 20 minutes for routine orders)
- Use easy-to-use EMR: Experity with Dragon dictation to document all patients in minutes
Requirements
- MS in Health Sciences or Physician Assistant Studies
- Active and unrestricted CA Medical License
- Active and unrestricted CA DEA Certificate
Pay
$85/hour plus overtime for full-time, $80/hour plus overtime for part-time.
Annual salary equivalent: $195,640.
Bonuses: $10,000 sign-on bonus, $5,000 annual retention bonus, and $5,000 annual performance bonus.
