Job Description The Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) will provide comprehensive healthcare services within a group practice setting, focusing primarily on adult patients. This role requires frequent travel between facilities to ensure continuous and effective patient care across locations. The FNP will perform thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver health education to promote wellness and manage chronic conditions.
