Key Responsibilities
- Provide a broad range of clinical primary care services, including routine and appropriate ambulatory adult, pediatric, and gynecological care.
- Perform office diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Perform therapeutic procedures such as injections, immunizations, suturing, wound care, and manage infections.
- Instruct and counsel patients regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens, normal growth and development, family planning, emotional problems of daily living, and health maintenance.
- Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and assist in providing continuity of care.
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and compile patient medical data, including health history and physical exam results.
Qualifications
- M.S. or D.N.P degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Board certification.
- Current licensure in the State of Connecticut or ability to obtain license in the state.
- Valid Federal and State Controlled Substance License.
Compensation
- Base salary starting at $116,000+ (compensatory salary based on experience).
- Bilingual Stipend for Spanish or Haitian Creole fluency (upon passing proficiency assessment).
