Family Nurse Practitioner - 35$ Clinic Visits for Family Members

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth and meet patient volume goals.
• Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care.
• Perform responsibilities included on the SCRIBE job description.
• Discuss and review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
• Ask patients situation-specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses.
• Elevate concerns to management for strong patient care and resolution.
• Achieve accurate chart completion and timely forwarding.
• Implement clinical and Telehealth protocols.
• Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information.
• Deliver excellent patient care through in-patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations.
• Ensure activities align with department expectations and comply with regulations.
• Pursue telehealth patient queues efficiently.
• Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications.
• Follow clinical practice guidelines.
• Absorb and apply core company values.
• Communicate regularly with team for excellent patient care.
• Support new employees with training and introductions.
• Consult patients through virtual communication channels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN)
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice.
• Current Family Nurse Practitioner License and DEA.
• DOT certification for FT and PT Providers within 120 days of employment.
