About the role
Join a thriving outpatient practice that provides comprehensive care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics through adults, in one of Northern Virginia's fastest-growing communities. This opportunity is ideal for a physician who enjoys the breadth and continuity of Family Medicine while maintaining a passion for Sports Medicine. The practice currently has a strong Family Medicine foundation, with Sports Medicine representing a smaller portion of clinical volume; however, there is significant opportunity for a motivated physician to expand sports-related services, develop community partnerships, and build a Sports Medicine practice aligned with their interests. The ideal candidate is committed to patient-centered care, values long-term relationships with patients and families, and is excited to help shape the future growth of Sports Medicine within the practice.
Schedule
- 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
- No weekends or late nights
- Minimal call responsibilities (2–3 shifts/year)
What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough assessments of an estimated 18–20 patients (pediatric to adults) per day, diagnose, and develop innovative treatment plans
- Lead wellness exams and health screenings, empowering patients with knowledge
- Perform minor in-office procedures and patient education
- Provide expert care for patients with chronic conditions

Ideal Candidate
- Board Certified in Family Sports Medicine
- Able to obtain Virginia License

Pay
The base compensation range for this role is $369,327 – $616,045 for a 1.0 clinical FTE status. Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidate's qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education. The pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs, such as productivity, quality, non-productivity, or other incentives that may be available for eligible positions.
