About the Role
MercyOne Des Moines is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join the Residency Faculty. Experience teaching in a Residency or Medical Student setting is required. The faculty member will provide clinical services and resident supervision in inpatient, outpatient, and OB settings.

About the Residency
For more than 25 years, MercyOne Family Medicine has dedicated itself to the training of Family Medicine Residents. The MercyOne Des Moines Family Medicine residency is a dynamic program offering ambulatory and inpatient training, including obstetrics, in a variety of settings. MercyOne Des Moines partners with Primary Health Care (PHC) for the Continuity Clinic, a federally Qualified Health Care Center serving underserved and culturally diverse populations in Des Moines.
The program provides a wealth of clinical experiences and broad scope of practice training, preparing graduates to work in diverse settings. Training is enhanced by weekly educational half-day didactics and workshops covering a range of topics.
