About the role

We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a physician-owned practice in the Metro Atlanta area. This position focuses on adult primary care patients aged 18 and older, with no pediatric responsibilities. The physician will provide preventive care, manage acute and chronic conditions, develop long-term patient relationships, and collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to adult patients aged 18+.
• Manage preventive care, acute illnesses, and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with patients.
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate patient care with specialists and community resources.
• Participate in care team meetings.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide patient-centered, evidence-based medical care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Board Eligible candidates considered only if currently completing residency and able to pass boards before starting.
• Active Georgia medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Active DEA registration.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality adult primary care.
