About the role
Outpatient Family Medicine Physician position in Mount Carroll, Illinois. This is a 100% outpatient role with a stable schedule, no weekends, and excellent call rotation.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care
- Utilize onsite lab and X-ray services
- Collaborate with a multi-specialty referral network
Qualifications
- MD/DO with board certification or eligibility
- Training from an ACGME-accredited family medicine program
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Capability to deliver exceptional care across all ages
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $285k-$350k, transitioning to production-based after initial period
