Family Medicine Physician - Sign-On Bonus Available

About the Role

This full-time primary care physician role involves managing a diverse patient panel, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits in-office, testing centers, and occasionally via telehealth. Willingness to obtain additional state licensure for virtual care is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services
• Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits in-office, testing centers, and via telehealth
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues and participate in weekly clinical rounds
• Collaborate with in-person and virtual clinical teams
• Perform in-office procedures as trained using clinical expertise

Requirements

• Completion or enrollment in an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience seeing all ages
• Board certification or eligibility with plans to certify within a year
• State licensure in Connecticut prior to start
