About the role
The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive Primary Care services for patients across the lifespan. This physician will play a highly visible role within the practice and the community, consistently creating a positive experience for patients, staff, and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, diagnosing, treating, prescribing, and educating patients
- Working closely with a multidisciplinary care team
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited medical school
- Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Family Medicine residency
- Able to obtain medical licensure in the state of practice
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
- Must achieve and maintain board certification within six years of completing residency
- Board certification recognized by the ABMS or AOA
