About the role

The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive Primary Care services for patients across the lifespan. This physician will play a highly visible role within the practice and the community, consistently creating a positive experience for patients, staff, and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Assessing, diagnosing, treating, prescribing, and educating patients
  • Working closely with a multidisciplinary care team

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Family Medicine residency
  • Able to obtain medical licensure in the state of practice
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Must achieve and maintain board certification within six years of completing residency
  • Board certification recognized by the ABMS or AOA
