Family Medicine Physician - Primary Care
About the role
We are seeking an experienced family medicine doctor to join our team and deliver high quality primary care to patients of all ages in the Concord, NH community.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive patient-centered environment
Requirements
- Current medical license in NH
- At least 3 years of experience in family medicine
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
- Passing score on the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME) exam

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in electronic health record systems
