About the role
The Department of Family Medicine and Community Health is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join the UW Health Portage Clinic. This position will provide comprehensive family medicine services, engage in clinical teaching of medical students and other learners, and participate in clinical faculty call schedules.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care to patients
- Teach medical students and other learners
- Participate in clinical faculty call schedule (phone call only)
- Nursing home visits
- Departmental meetings
- Perform administrative duties as necessary
- Collaborate on initiatives within UW-SMPH and UW Health
Requirements
- WI medical license or eligible for license by start date
- Board-certified or board eligible by ABFM or AOBFP by start date
- Completed US Family Medicine residency by start date

- MD or DO degree or equivalent
