The practice specializes in family medicine, internal medicine, and preventative care, operating under a medical team that includes physicians and nurse practitioners. Front desk, Medical Assistant, a person to take measurements and a dedicated referral coordinator provided. The Schedule Monday through Thursday, 8am to 5pmFriday, 8am to 2pm1 and 4 call, 1.3 call per week averageAround 25 patients per day Compensation and Benefits $240,000+ base salary, depending on experience Productivity bonus based on patient reviews, could equal $15,000+ Partnership option after 1 year Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Dental and vision benefits covered, $200 per month towards individual health insurance 3 weeks PTO plus 8 holidays and personal day Licensing fees and malpractice covered, CME assistance What We’re Looking For Board Certified Florida medical license (or eligible to obtain) Must be able to speak medical Spanish.
