Role Overview

This outpatient primary care physician position involves providing comprehensive family medicine services at a government Indian Health Service clinic in Arizona. The clinician will manage patients of all ages, evaluating and treating acute and chronic conditions, with prescriptive authority required. The role requires board certification, working weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no call obligations. The clinic operates with full support staff and follows established clinical protocols to ensure quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient primary care services to diverse patient populations
• Manage a variable caseload across all age groups
• Perform evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Prescribe medications within scope of practice

Qualifications & Skills

• Board certification in family medicine or related specialty
• Prescriptive authority
• Experience in outpatient primary care setting
