Sign-on incentives: Up to $250,000

About the role

We invite applications for Board Certified or Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to join our Keizer Station, North Lancaster, or Skyline team in Salem, OR. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care. You will join an integrated and compassionate team of physicians and supportive clinical and administrative staff.

Responsibilities

  • No prior authorizations

  • Compensation is not dependent on quantity of services provided
  • 70% of in-box messages handled by a team of clinicians
  • The ability to practice full-spectrum primary care with immediate access to specialty care, who are just a text away

Requirements

  • Board Certified or Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care
  • Experience in an integrated and compassionate team setting
  • Knowledge of Epic EMR with AI-assisted charting

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree
  • Current Medical License in Oregon
  • Completion of ACGME-accredited residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Passing scores on all required exams (if eligible)

Pay

The annual salary for this position is $271,000 to $308,000 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, paneling primary care physicians receive additional cash compensation of up to $55,000 annually dependent on FTE and schedule choice.
