Family Medicine Physician - Full-Time - Primary Care
About the role
This position offers a well-established patient panel, strong referral support, and a collaborative care environment supported by advanced practice providers, care coordinators, and centralized operational infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients (Internal Medicine) or patients across the lifespan (Family Medicine)
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and chronic disease management
- Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services
- Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active Maryland license (or ability to obtain)
- Current DEA license and Maryland Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS) license
- Certified BLS (American Heart Association or approved provider)
- Unrestricted license with no history of suspension or revocation
Qualifications
- Education & Licensure: Board Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine, Active Maryland license (or ability to obtain), Current DEA license and Maryland Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS) license, Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or approved provider), Unrestricted license with no history of suspension or revocation
