About the role

The UCHealth Medical Group is seeking a full-time, board eligible/ board certified Family Medicine physician to join the Fontanero Family Medicine clinic in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Enjoy 36 patient-facing hours per week
• Integrated behavioral health services on-site
• Potential to quickly panelize patients
• Care-team model with RNs and clinical MAs for in-basket support
• Phone-only call schedule shared with colleagues regionally
• Access to specialists at UCHealth throughout Colorado Springs

Requirements

• Board certification in Family Medicine
• Experience in primary care preferred

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Current license to practice medicine in Colorado

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Pay

The pay range for this full-time position is $257,000-$286,000 annually.
