About the Role
Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic is seeking a Family Medicine Physician dedicated to serving underserved patient populations. As an FQHC and patient-centered medical home, we provide compassionate, high-quality care to all patients regardless of where they live, where they are from, or what they can pay. Our team-based approach means you'll be part of a care team passionate about community health, with the opportunity to develop and cultivate patient relationships by managing your own patient panel.
Position Details
- Full scope panel including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
- 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week with 34 hours of clinical and 6 hours of admin time)
- EMR system: EPIC
- Location: 11th Avenue Medical Clinic in Yakima, WA
Compensation & Benefits
- Base compensation: $322,000 per year
- Guaranteed first-year annual salary
- $30,000 hiring bonus
- $20,000 relocation allowance
- $2,000 monthly resident/fellow stipend
