Family Medicine Physician
Tufts Medical Center Community Care is seeking a collaborative Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established, full-spectrum practice in Medford, MA. We serve patients of all ages—from newborns to geriatrics—and are a physician-led, patient-centered organization focused on delivering meaningful care while supporting a modern workforce. As part of Tufts Medicine, we offer robust support for our providers, including access to specialists at Tufts Medical Center and affiliations with MelroseWakefield Hospital and Lawrence Memorial Hospital of Medford.
About the role
You’ll develop meaningful patient relationships while meeting primary care needs through same-day or scheduled in-office or telehealth appointments. Our team-based approach minimizes administrative burden with AI scribing, RNs, LPNs, trained MAs, coders, front desk staff, and billing specialists. You’ll contribute to a culture of inclusivity, innovation, work-life balance, collaboration, and fun while actively engaging in community care.
Responsibilities
- Provide full-spectrum primary care to patients of all ages
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to champion patient satisfaction
- Leverage support staff and technology to reduce administrative tasks
- Engage in community-based care with the strength of academic and community medicine
Requirements
- Current medical license in Massachusetts (preferred)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Current CPR certification
- Passion for primary care and team-based collaboration

Schedule

Pay
The salary range for this position is $260,000 to $290,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, internal equity, and academic rank.
