About the Opportunity

This is a promising opportunity for an experienced Primary Care Physician at an outpatient community health facility in Middlesex County, CT.

Schedule: Monday-Friday standard business hours; no weekends. Light rotated telephone-only call.

Responsibilities

• Perform general health evaluations
• Review medical histories and test results
• Handle regular patient testing, including audiometry, vision screening, spirometry, electrocardiogram, cardiac stress tests, and laboratory results
• Work with support staff on further testing, patient follow-up, charting, and reporting
• Examine client employment candidates for appropriate fitness, including pre-employment exams, and make appropriate dispositions regarding the patient meeting employment requirements
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree
• Active Connecticut Medical License
• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine
