Role And Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse patient panel, providing acute, chronic, and preventive care through in-office, testing centers, and telehealth visits.
- Collaborate with in-person and virtual teams via daily huddles, utilize clinical training for procedures, and supervise NP or PA colleagues.
- Engage in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
Qualifications And Skills
- Completed or enrolled in an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine with plans for certification within a year
- Licensed in California
- Passionate about human-centered primary care, effective communicator with diverse populations, proficient in healthcare technology, and adaptable to patient needs
- Open to feedback, confident in navigating uncertainties, and team-oriented
