Family Medicine - Physician

About the role

The Phoenix VA Health Care System (PVAHCS) is seeking board-eligible/board-certified (BE/BC) Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join our Primary Care team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel of 8 to 18 patients per day
• Focus on individual patient care with a smaller patient panel size

Schedule

Work Monday to Friday with flexible shifts: 5/8‑hour shifts or 4/10‑hour shifts, depending on the clinic. No nights, weekends, holidays, or on‑call duties.

Qualifications

• Board‑eligible or board‑certified (BE/BC) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Current full and unrestricted active U.S. medical license

Pay

• Competitive pay based on training, experience, and local labor market
