Seeking a full time(1.0FTE) Family Medicine physician to work with a collaborative and compassionate group of Caregivers. Join a clinic utilizing a medical home model of care working directly with a group of clinicians to provide collaborative, evidence-based care while working in a medical clinic with clinicians in family medicine and internal medicine. On-site lab.
About the Role
PeaceHealth's Santa Clara Clinic is part of a larger multi-specialty group with hospitals, clinics and clinicians spanning the Eugene/Springfield, Cottage Grove and Florence communities. PeaceHealth Medical Group has 1,200 clinicians working in Oregon, Washington and Alaska.

Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. or foreign equivalent degree
- Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited U.S. Family Medicine Residency or RCPSC-accredited Canadian Family Medicine Residency
- Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon (or ability to obtain unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon prior to hire)

Guaranteed first-year income: Family Medicine = $307,673.60 (based on 1.0 FTE)
