Family Medicine Physician
The Opportunity
Join a family medicine clinic with more than 60 years of history serving the Fairbanks community. The clinic is part of a large multidisciplinary health system and provides care to patients across the full lifespan, from newborns to geriatrics. Our providers manage a broad range of acute concerns as well as ongoing chronic conditions. Practicing at our clinic within a rural health system allows physicians to maintain a broad scope of practice and take a more active role in managing complex patient care.
About the Role
The clinic environment is collaborative, with family medicine physicians and advanced practice providers working together to support the needs of the community.
Compensation
- $300k first year guarantee!
- Average annual total compensation with base pay and production between $350k-$400k.
- $65k sign-on bonus.
- Eligible for an annual $10k physician incentive quality metric bonus.
Schedule
- 32 patient hours and 8 admin hours per week.
- 7 weeks ATO and 2 weeks for CME.
