Base salary: $265,000.00–$310,000.00 per year plus productivity/RVU/quality incentives. CME allowance: $5,000. Malpractice coverage with tail.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Physician to join an employed outpatient Family Medicine practice. The role offers:

Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for Illinois medical license and DEA/Controlled Substance registration
- MD or DO degree required
- Advanced Life Support preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted)
