About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Family Medicine Physician - 4 days in clinic, 1 day remote to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will focus on delivering high-quality primary care across a diverse patient panel, balancing in-office visits with telehealth support in a modern, patient-centered care model. You will work closely with both onsite and virtual clinical teams to ensure coordinated care and strong patient outcomes. The position also includes opportunities to contribute to clinical learning, support procedural care, and provide supervision to advanced practice colleagues. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values continuity, collaboration, and a flexible schedule that includes remote work. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse patient panel with varying needs
- Conduct in-office and telehealth visits
- Engage in continuous learning through clinical rounds
- Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams
- Utilize clinical training for in-office procedures
- Supervise NP or PA colleagues
- Obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care
Qualifications
- Completed or enrolled in an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience within the last 5 years
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with certification plans within 1 year
- State licensed in Maryland before starting
- Demonstrated passion for human-centered primary care
Pay
$253,000 – $269,100 annually
